The next meeting is on March 8th, 7pm, at the Fire Station. I would think, we'll make a sign up list for members to volunteer food items for the April cheese class.
The usual sign up includes 4 pots of soup, rolls & butter, & crackers. Of course IF you have home made cheese to contribute please do! Candy will purchase a varity of cheeses for tasting during the lunch portion of the class. All members in good standing with their membership will not have to pay the $15 registration fee.
Maybe the topic of discussion for the round table portion of the meeting can include kidding because last time we talked about buck selection :)
